At some point in mental illness you stop going “I’m so sorry it’s because of the depression/autism/adhd” and start going “I’m not well in the head. I do what I want. Stay out of my way” and this, ironically, will massively improve your day-to-day mental health
@artificial0wl Get a routine of slowing down and waiting after doing anything, especially after making a lot of noise (fighting bots, killing a runner, alarms). Readying yourself does a lot for winning fights!
I still get nervous hand shakes after killing someone, but that's part of the magic.
