If anything, it is trademark infringement, but people buy shoes and customize them to resell all the time. These are just customized shoes. Hop on Etsy and see many others doing it. As long as it's clear that it was modified, it isn't illegal.

Only, the last day that I had worked, I was not scheduled to be on call that day. They said I should have requested vacation.

The Second Ammendment says that CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW, etc., etc. It does not say that private citizens have to listen to you. It does not say that companies have to let you use their services. It does not say anything about what non-governing bodies can or can't do.

Conservatives will never understand the Second Ammendment. Private companies don't owe you "free speech." That's like saying that I can go into your house to tell you how ignorant you are. I can say whatever I want, but you don't have to let me in.
