@Specsavers Waited for 4hrs on Wednesday with 94 year old mother who is house bound, who was supposed to have a home eye test. No one turned up, not heard anything, no apology. Very disappointed in this service.

@asda I’ve been loyal customer for years, during COVID I had lots of home deliveries that never arrived and poor treatment from customer services, my husband hastily cancelled my delivery pass, I still use asda weekly and want my delivery pass back, I can’t buy one, can you help?

@nsandihelp after 3 phone calls, that’s 1hr half waiting time get through in total, still not received password reset via post and now been cut off by your operator mid way through talking!! Please call me back, I’m not waiting another 30mins just to get through. Terrible service

@asda second time in a row no delivery on my bi-weekly slot, Dartford have low stock and no staff so order is extracted? No notification, no apology, have to find out myself by calling. Don’t give out slots if you can fulfil them!! I’m pregnant with 2 kids, high risk!!

@asda waited two weeks to get delivery slot for last night,didn’t arrive, told wait till 11pm, might turn up, 3 further phone calls later, told tough luck it’s a computer error, book another slot. I can’t get a slot!!Pregnant in isolation with two kids. Asda I’m astounded!!
