@camsoft2000 Wow. Can’t wait to update my build.
Xcodebuildmcp is unrivalled and has been a game changer for ai dev flows.
Thank you for all your hard work!
Daily reminder to take X with a pinch of salt.
People act like AI agents will ship a banking app with one click. Reality: we’ll get more shallow, UI-heavy, functionality-light apps.
But apps built on complex infrastructure, deep domain logic, regulation, trust, and real product thinking are not getting replicated overnight.
And even then, distribution, marketing, retention, and UX still matter.
Keep building real products with real expertise. You’ll be fine 🚀
In 6 months every single agent will be able to build any mobile app and seamlessly ship it to the app store...
Literally seamlessly. So seamless you'll be able to fully automate the process. You'll be able to have AI research app ideas, build the entire app, generate app store screenshots, and upload to app store... autonomously.
How will Apple respond to this?
No idea who uses git worktrees for parallels agent work for mobile dev
A complete mess doing it that way with merge conflicts and config files I find
Any better solutions?
Claude code has gone to shit recently. Messages get stuck with no user feedback.
Went down to lower Max plan as was using codex mainly, but just cancelling it now.
Maybe they should stop trying to ship so fast and instead fix their vibe coded crap.
Codex all the way
I run it overnight and it always cooks by the time I wake up.
I nearly max out the £200 plan every week. Made the switch from opus max in Nov and haven’t looked back. The app and model is brilliant. Well done. It’s probably written close to 500k lines of code for me so far.
Would hate to see how many 100s of millions of tokens I’ve used lol
@OfficialLoganK Your API is completely not fit for purpose. Getting so many 429 errors for no reason; seems a known issue.
If not resolved soon which just rip out gemini for open ai and wont look back

Nice read.
It’s 6am here in the uk and i just saw an image of the superwall in app payment sheet on Calai and I was just debating whether to do something for my iOS app.
Your article cleared a lot up for me and now Apple tax of 15% don’t sound so bad so I can finally go back sleep. Thanks dude
I know exactly who you are talking about. I love xcodemcp. Use it every day. Grateful & Thanks 🙏
Codex + mcp = goat. I wish I could get it to work better with Opus. I copied over all my skills etc from codex to opus for Xcodebuildmcp and it never seems to want to use it. And when it does, it struggles you found the same?
@prasann_pandya Comparing expo to “Xcode” is not even a valid comparison? You mean react vs swift?
In which case you are comparing a ford focus vs a Ferrari. Swift is a native language, it completely dumps on react
Never seen a profession rise and fall as fast as software engineering.
In 5 years it’s gone from a massive talent shortage to “we don’t engineers anymore”
@matthewmorek@MatManferdini@environment Now do it with: derived state, coordination, feature composition, multi-stream merging. Ie will become a giant model aka a view model .
It’s the same thing
@matthewmorek@MatManferdini@environment If the model owns async lifetimes + derived state, then we agree. I just prefer making it explicit and feature scoped rather than ambient via Environment. The debate here really is about naming and scoping
