私は今年の1月からコアメンバーとして、200人以上のボランティアの統括を担当してきました。

英語もまだまだで、成長途中の私を信じてついてきてくれたボランティアのみんなには、本当に感謝しています。
みんなのおかげでここまでやりきることができました。本当にありがとう！！

正直、うまくいかないことや悩むことも多かったけど、その分たくさんの学びと成長がありました。この経験は���れからの自分にとって大きな財産です。

来年も活動すると決めているので、さらに高みを目指してもっと頑張ります！またみんなと一緒に挑戦できるのを楽しみにしています🔥
