Special shoutout to @osmansalahuddin and @jonnikakwon for beinging us all together.
Many young leaders are just starting their journeys, and that’s why we came together to build the bench! 🪑✨
Build the Bench Washington was founded by @CMGirmayZahilay to help young leaders run for office and better represent their communities.
Here we are 4 years later at the Young Leaders Summit reflecting on the work that has been done and that is left to do.
🎉We are so excited to hear from some amazing local leaders as they share their stories and advice for young people seeking careers in public service, including the amazing keynote speakers Congresswoman Suzan Delbene and Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal 🎉
