Today in Parliament, I asked the Civil Aviation Minister whether they are working towards a compensation framework for passengers affected by significant flight delays!

I am located in Mumbai and now I can't book another flight with the refund given.

@AirIndiaX If an airline cant provide refund for a genuine issue! Is it good to travel through this perticular airline in future? A big no for travel and recommendations to others. Robots don't excel but those understanding customer issues does excel and win trust! Avoid airindia express..

@AirIndiaX As a good will gesture for a customer you can provide either a refund or a city change on my flight. It would be highly appreciated as i have to reach home on priority. We stand with you in difficult times & now is ur time! @raghav_chadha please see the 7+ day rule on cancellatio

@AirIndiaX I have a geniune issue and did booking by mistake, it's a huge amount and I can't book other flight with the amount I will receive as refund, please provide the waiver. I had immediately informed Goibibo and they assured me for return however nothing happend. I request waiver

@AirIndiaX I did the booking by mistake and within minutes I reach out! When airlines delay at last minute there is no penalty neither any facility is provided, the flight is either refunded or rescheduled. This comes under 7 Days - 29 to 04 April, 6 days are still left
