@Microsoft365 How about a notification when Microsoft tech support will answer my call. Today I spent over 5 hours on hold. That's the sixth day in a row.
The ridiculously inept response from @Microsoft365 and @MicrosoftHelps is astounding. They have sent me a few DMs, but it's just links to more online articles and phone numbers that just put me on hold for 4 hours+. I am going to submit this case to my state's Attorney General.
Why is @Microsoft365 trying to destroy my business. I've spent 14 hours on hold over the past 4 days trying to get ANY tech support, after they deleted ALL of my OneDrive cloud files AFTER UPGRADING! Really!?
@VisaCheckout is a total joke. I tried to buy my son a mattress at #Costco in Canada. All fine until I try to use Visa. Fail. So, I try #VisaCheckout. Two hours later and they won't even share a customer service number! This is why Venmo is destroying your model.
