I feel like now is a good time to start paying attention to $LFI and some RWA utility tokens again, mainly because Trump has shown clear urgency and support for advancing the Clarity Act.

The House passed a version in 2025, and the Senate Banking Committee also moved it forward, but it got stuck in the Senate due to ethical provisions involving conflicts of interest between officials and crypto, stablecoin yields, banking industry opposition, and other issues. It needs about 60 votes to pass.

However, Trump has repeatedly publicly pressured for the bill to move forward. He posted on Truth Social urging Congress to complete the legislation, warning against derailing the crypto agenda.

I'd love to buy the exact bottom.

But I've learned it's usually better to be a little early on tomorrow's leaders than wait for the perfect entry that may never come.

Right now, two Base memes stand out to me:

$DEGEN
$MIGGLES

One thing I've learned over the years is that market leaders usually start outperforming before everyone agrees the bottom is in.

Both appear to have put in meaningful lows ahead of many of their peers. Both rallied hard. Both cooled off. Neither completely erased the move.

Leadership rarely announces itself. It quietly starts outperforming.

Could the market drop from here? Absolutely. That's why I DCA instead of trying to pick the exact bottom.

But if I'm looking for early signs that Base memes are waking up, these are the two charts I keep coming back to.

I'd rather be a little early in tomorrow's leaders than spend months waiting for the perfect bottom.
