We are so overwhelmed by a very generous donation, from a lady who attended the school in 1962, of the Lost Words and the Lost Spells books. We have lots of amazing ideas of how we’re going to use them in school. 📚

Year 1 and 2 had a wonderful time at Bulwell St Mary’s Church this morning for their Easter Experience and we got to meet Bishop Andrew and ask him lots of questions About his job (And his favourite football team).

Year 6 are getting SATs ready using ipad apps to do our revision. Today we are trying out Blooket and loving using it to revise our shape knowledge.

It was so lovely today to have an Easter Extravaganza in the hall, run by our PTFA and church community. We had an egg to raffle, crafty church and an Easter bonnet competition too.

Our amazing school parliament children went to the Council House in Nottingham yesterday to represent our school at a children’s parliament event - they did us all proud and represented our school with courage, respect and honesty

Our school community is amazing! Our staff room is full of donations from our families, staff and wider community. Everything will be sent to Ukraine this weekend. BSM community - you are awesome!

We celebrated Number Day at BSM today and had lots of fun dressing up and creating numbers using different representations! We can't wait to share our number display in the hall with everyone soon...

We recently donated goalposts to @bulwell_c CofE Primary and this morning we visited the school to deliver some footballs and met the school football team who won 6-1 last night!! It was rewarding to hear first hand the impact our donation has made to the children.

Our awesome Yr 5/6 boys football team had a visit today from @FreeKicks , who donated some amazing new goals and footballs to the school. The boys were on a high from there 6-1 win in their match last night and loved telling our visitors about their amazing game!
