The BNF still states the dose of iron incorrectly despite the evidence.

The correct dose: NO MORE THAN ONE TABLET DAILY.

Higher doses aren’t absorbed.

This is negligent from @NICEComms. Patients prescribed higher doses get GI side effects causing significant morbidity.

My daughter was a patient on day surgery at Kidderminster hospital today. Every single member of staff that we met were friendly, professional, kind and most importantly reassuring to us both. Fantastic communication, fabulous care. Thank you @WorcsAcuteNHS

It was the first time, since the start of the pandemic, to talk to staff students and visitors about our fantastic department
