(1) As to not be on bad terms with anybody, I’d like to preface by saying that everything I publish was, at one point, published by Apple. However, all online copies of these are horrible. This is why I’m publishing high-resolution versions of them for archival purposes

[Urbani @burbnie]

@talonfast Glad to see more people appreciating these commercials!

[Urbani @burbnie]

@ParkerOrtolani Big fan of yours BTW, I was the one that asked about RSS support a few months back!

[Urbani @burbnie]

@ParkerOrtolani Same. Unfortunately the average consumer decided that offloading their “phone tasks” onto their wrist to live life more presently was not for them. This was right before the short-form boom. My Apple Watch has replaced my phone for most tasks, even Instagram and Twitter!

@_vluan @luciascarlet

[Urbani @burbnie]

@Volitz_ @RonanACNH Yes, saw something like this online and decided to do it on my own iPhone as well, for old times' sake!

[Urbani @burbnie]

Marketing images for the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus

[Urbani @burbnie]

@cock_parody I have many more of these videos in their original resolutions, will share more later.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@leiuphoric @ClassicII_MrMac @luciascarlet Believe it or not, they have royally and publicly messed up many times. I'll post some of those as well. It's not all smooth in Cupertino.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@DallenFrutchey No, Apple keeps their photographers hidden.

[Urbani @burbnie]

iOS 8 "Milky Way" Wallpaper, Shot by Espen Haagensen. Melkeveien over Demmevass. 12th of December, 2013.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@leiuphoric @ClassicII_MrMac @luciascarlet Yeah, noticed that. Who knows, they're master editors. Have you seen how they tweaked the iOS 8 wallpaper?

[Urbani @burbnie]

@carbonyaraa Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, blah blah.

[Urbani @burbnie]

Official Apple marketing material for the Apple Watch EDITION. Used for print ads (Vogue March 2015 spread) and the Online Apple Store. I have a hundreds of images like these.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@numnumnum0098 This is 2014 we're talking about, 5TB was the data usage of entire companies. Plus, most discarded material was... discarded of. So, not as much as you'd probably like haha. A photo or two comes up on my Photos app sometimes.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@malcolm_fries @RonanACNH Blood, swear, and tears. Oh, and Shortcuts.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@bp_film_me They no longer out-source their marketing, unfortunately. (Half-exception: https://t.co/dBoG1xP3Ov) You'd have to be on the team that shoots the dynamic wallpapers for the Apple TV and macOS.

[Urbani @burbnie]

Boom! Uncompressed iOS 8 wallpaper directly from Apple. Square to accommodate all orientations iOS devices are used in. Since then, they've extended this characteristic to all OS X wallpapers as vertical monitors started gaining momentum. 10 Megabytes in size.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@VeryAblized Will do sometime this week

[Urbani @burbnie]

Here it is, folks! The RAW Yosemite wallpaper directly from Apple. A beautiful 13 Megabytes!

[Urbani @burbnie]

@nestornumber Work

[Urbani @burbnie]

@wall1evlr It is pretty freaking cool to do what you're passionate about every day, and get to see behind-the-scenes!

[Urbani @burbnie]

@kubaswift Aw, thank you!

[Urbani @burbnie]

Some more Yosemite wallpapers from Apple. They average at around 10 Megabytes per file to ensure compatibility with all 2014 displays. However, nowadays these pristine copies are smaller than your average wallpaper. Progress is an amazing thing.

[Urbani @burbnie]

@yeahtellem I might know a little thing or two about that, and it's not really interesting haha. Truly not worth much wondering. Great read: https://t.co/28NPBOs6w4
