Anyone had the same woeful customer experience I’m having with @SnowysOutdoors ? Weeks of inaction and legally questionable refusal to resolve a failed delivery. @acccgovau can you help?
Picked up our second car from @BYDCompany on Saturday, from Brooklyn, Vic, Australia. Not only did the car have 360klms more than when I put the deposit down, it had an open pack of sanitary pads, a drink holder with a melted chocolate bar inside it, and a missing charger.
Kept waiting on the day for cleaning, and sourcing a charger, and for a “manager” to consider compensation, we ultimately left with out the later. A call today offered a “free service”. Seriously?!
Wondering how you are meant to actually speak to anyone at @BYDCompany in Australia, beyond going to a store. 5th time calling, and about to give up again after 15 minutes of terrible hold music. Any ideas @BYDGlobal ?

Oh, and when I called to request consideration for a refund, I was told someone would call me back after a manager looked at it. Jeenal didn’t think it important enough to call me back. “Too Busy”.
@fisherpaykelaus think it’s appropriate to change me $230 for a technician to simply switch my dishwasher back on. Something I should have been told over the phone. Team Leader Jeenal, says he’s not a tech, so can’t “troubleshoot”. A disgrace anytime, much less at Christmas.
I followed all the instructions, did as the customer care consultant advised, and booked an apt in good faith. Just for a 2 min visit, to turn the dishwasher back on and explain the bubbles are gone so it’s fine again. That is STEALING.
@BYDCompany are you aware that you are currently in breach of the Nation Credit Code, administrated by ASIC, as your finance quotes, issued by Angle Auto Finance do not include a Comparison Rate, & the dealership finance contact is unable (or unwilling) to provide it.
Fun game I’ve been playing with @optus_help - on chat to cancel my 5G plan, and sales t/fer me to a loyalty team, who transfer me to sales, who transfer back to loyalty, and so on, and so on. But every agent assures me this is the last transfer. FUN!
@JetstarAirways refuse to correct an error on my booking names, telling me only the trade team can do it. But @GoToGate tell me they can’t. What do I do now, @JetstarAirways?? Please help.
@JetstarAirways@JetstarAirways I DMd liked you asked - no reply. Just like the calls I never get that I’m promised daily. I’ve made 39 calls now, and counting. Each takes around 20 to 30 minutes. If this isn’t resolved this week, my next call is to the media.
@JetstarAirways Manager Steph says they tried to call GTG but couldn’t get though. They number, incredibly, she said she tried was 64 0000000. I mean, seriously what type of simpleton thinks that is a real number? It’s incredible.
@JetstarAirways Update. Still not resolved. Literally 20+ phone calls in, Jetstar Trade promising to fix it and simply never call me when they promise or do anything. Manager “Tristan” seems to be avoiding my calls now. I’ve never seen this level of incompetence, ever.
