We wish to formally announce that a company we engaged to develop Cypherium AI was later found to be non-existent. Despite receiving millions of CPH tokens from us, the counterparty breached every agreement it signed.

More recently, the perpetrators began dumping these unlawfully obtained tokens on @MEXC_Official, causing unnecessary disruption and concern within our community.

Cypherium has zero tolerance for fraud, bad faith conduct, or any actions that harm our ecosystem. We have contacted MEXC and requested immediate measures to block the relevant activities. At the same time, we are working closely with MEXC and law enforcement authorities to pursue recovery of the funds and hold the responsible parties accountable.
