Educators are carrying so much this year. If there’s an educator in your family or your circle, tap in with them. This Thanksgiving, check on them, pour into them, love on them. This work is heavy, and they’re still showing up. A simple “thank you” goes far.

Hearing Dr. Fenwick name how the white backlash to Brown v. Board led to 100,000 Black teachers and principals disappearing, a generation never replaced was the jolt to my system I needed to start #BMEC2025 on the right note.
I’m attending #BMEC2025 hosted by @centerblacked! This national event is an opportunity to recruit, retain, support, and activate more Black men to support & lead the work of revolutionizing the educational system. Join me: https://t.co/E5jQquxq8h

At Columbia, UCLA, CU-Denver, and across the country, HUNDREDS of students have been unjustly arrested during protests over the last two weeks (40+ last Friday in Denver). There were only 6 people arrested inside the US Capitol during the violent January 6th insurrection. Why?
