@Printerpix can you help me? I placed an order with you but your online system has changed the delivery address. I cannot change this through your website and I can’t talk to anyone. I have emailed you but had no response. These are Christmas presents.
Hello @AsktheCoventry. Could you please tell me if there is anyone answering your phones? I’ve been hanging on for over 30 minutes and have remained 42 in the queue for at least 10 minutes! Shocking service
2/3 Do you not understand it's importance? Do you not understand that future England players are nurtured #CountyCricket Players that will hopefully go on to greatness and win #TheAshes and generate millions of £'s for you to run @englandcricket So short sighted its beyond belief
So @virginmedia can you tell me when my on demand services will be available again. This has been down for over two months now and I was promised a fix by 4th January. When will this be working again?
@virginmedia The odd thing is that both the bedroom boxes have full access but our main box won’t play any on demand service. We were originally told that this would be fixed by the beginning of December, now I’m being told it will be 4th Jan at the earliest.
So @virginmedia No on demand services for over 6 weeks now. I’m told this is due to a power outage and won’t be fixed until the new year. This is not acceptable.
@Hermesparcels You have lost my parcel (a Christmas gift) and are telling me to "follow your internal claims process". What does this mean and why don't you issue a phone number so that I can speak to someone without being directed back to your website.

@InsureandGo Can I please be advised what to do. I have a policy with you that expires in May. My holiday is due to be in July, but you’ve written to me telling me that any new policy won’t cover C19. I really need some advice.
@WallArt1885@CBL_Magazine The two are Dave Hodge in the middle who worked in the old ticket office and Pat R.I.P who used to come on the away mini busses with us along with his brother Bernie in the mid 80’s.
I’m sure many @the_sophe members will be interested in attending the first SoPHE Exhibition to showcase Public Health engineering products/plant offered by our IA’s and an interesting talk by Dr Wearing on rainfall intensities/design on 11th July. https://t.co/Ek5c5IEOp5
