@sainsburys Fed up with having to get refunds for awful home delivery. We spend a lot of money with you to get out of date or damaged food delivered every week.
Will have to start wasting your drivers time and check each item as we unpack it.
Will this ever improve?

@TfL when the service is ridiculously busy, it would help if the bus drivers had a bit of sense, eg don't let people on at the back and deny paying customers entry at the front, and don't refuse to open the doors when we can clearly see empty seats
