To fall asleep you first have to forget where your body is.
Andrew Huberman explained that one of the key steps into sleep is losing track of body position. An old technique that circulated years ago involved slowly moving the eyes side to side, then in circles, then toward the nose while exhaling. He tried it and often woke up the next morning without remembering the transition.
A pair of researchers at MIT later built on the same idea with a sleep mask that gently stimulates the muscles behind the ears, creating the eye movements for you. Huberman said it can drop people into sleep in under six minutes. You feel a light twitch at first, adjust it, and then the eyes simply start moving on their own. He has no financial relationship with the company.

1. weight training makes your muscle genetically more similar to a young person's
• More than half the molecular signature of muscle aging was absent in trained older adults. Specifically, 57.1% of age-related gene downregulation and 55.9% of upregulation were missing in the trained group. Their muscle resembled young adults far more than their chronological age would predict.
2. aging is an "energy crisis", weight training maintains youthful levels in mitochondria
• The changes training preserved were specifically the energy metabolism ones. Genes like NDUFS1 and COX5A, which were depleted in normally active and impaired older adults, sat at youthful levels in the trained group across all five mitochondrial respiratory complexes. The single most prominent feature of muscle aging turned out to be the single most preventable.
3. Structured weight training is required
• Being generally active was not enough. Structured training was the difference. The normally active older adults walked as much as young adults, and their energy metabolism genes declined anyway. What preserved the youthful molecular profile was structured, sustained training. Filling a step counter and being genuinely trained are not equivalent at the molecular level.

The strangest part of BPC-157 is that the parent protein was only ever partially sequenced, so the full thing has never been published.
Your body (allegedly) makes the parent protein (BPC), but not BPC-157 itself.
