@lufthansa customer service telephone system is a JOKE! After entering in all requisite info and requesting a callback vs waiting…the system says an error has occurred and disconnects the call. this has happened 2x. It’s not that hard to have a reliable customer service system
I remember a time when @FedEx was top notch. Nowadays they have your package on the truck and don’t deliver it. Then say “next business day “. Nope. Didn’t happen. They’ve had my package locally for 3 days and counting #bebetter#PoorService

@FedEx has had 2 packages of mine for 2 wks sitting in their distribution hub 20min from my house. And I still don’t have either package. Their trucks have been here multiple times over that period…and nothing. #itsnotthadhard#fail#upsisbetter
@wastepro for 2 weeks in a row have said they’d pick up our trash, but failed time and time again. No wonder they lost the contract in this area. Terrible service. #fail

@uhaul#ubox is the worst experience ever. Apparently doesn’t matter when you schedule a delivery. They just deliver whatever day is convenient for them. #PODS from now on
