@Nyaburinyauma I was on this for four years. It's the one birth control that has the least amount of side effects for a good amount of people on it. An IUD is one of the few with the most amount of side effects and risks reported unfortunately

@Nyaburinyauma Nexplanon arm insertion birth control that supplies the body with (depending on which one she got) extra progesterone or estrogen. It basically convinces the body that it is already pregnant so it can't. It's also used to help balance intense periods and PCOS

every school should have a "fix-it lab" where students learn to repair their clothes, bikes and electronics. we should grow up knowing that not everything is disposable, that care and repair are part of living well on this planet.
