@lululemon Conversation with an a person at the store. 12 hour window to pick up an item that I have to travel to a different city to get on a work week day. So much tech. I can’t send an easy message to the actual store.
Need help from @lululemon the live chat robot was zero help. My online order to be picked up in store, fully paid purchase will be canceled if I don’t pick up by tonight, I was planning to pick up tomorrow on my day off.
@lululemon Funny! I’ve spoken to an educator who said he can’t get ahold of the store as well. Couldn’t even send a message to that specific store. I chatted with your live text robot who couldn’t help. This is an issue that could be cleared up w/ a 2 min

Not only did we not get our groceries, but the poor @shipt shopper did that person have their time wasted and not get paid? Waited almost 2 hours trying to get coy some service to help.
We ordered with @Shipt we had to wait til today for delivery, the shopper went to the store and when the got to the register, the card the shopper uses wouldn’t work, so they canceled the order. Now they won’t deliver to us til Sunday.

@Uber having so many issues with Uber tonight! Vina Robles after a concert. I have been charged 2 50 dollar charges and the app never actually connected me to a driver. Froze twice! We called Lyft!
