@jkparker @takeETSalert Unfortunately 10 other people complained that the bus was late because the driver took time to help someone.

That driver will be terminated and replaced with one that stays on time and doesn't give af.

Regular ETS driver picks up hundreds of passengers and is lucky to get a 5 min break.

Dats driver picks up 10 passengers and sits on break for hours.

It's one of the few times the junkies and criminals wont sit there.
