They’ve decided this month to take payment twice due to “switching to a new computer system”. Must be that Millenium bug…

Very helpful and friendly when you ring, and they do refund the money, but worth checking!

@every_station The journey is actually 31 miles which works out at just over 18p per mile. I’d argue that’s very fairly priced considering.
