@markminervini If you think stock market is frothy what do you say about real estate? People are paying 100 to 250k over asking price in small towns 100 km away from Toronto. If you are worried about stocks you can invest in RE. I think US RE is still not that crazy.

@larryswedroe I agree that diversity portfolio mixed with stocks and bonds from across the world is safe bet for DIY investors BUT how do you get data about the performance of individual stock pickers. Is it reported by brokerage firms or federal agencies?
@JohnPasalis Thanks for your efforts in making home price history accessible to consumers. This critical piece of information must be made available to every consumer by the government legislation. Without this information the buyers are at the mercy of RE agents.
