@JohnLewisRetail need to keep an eye #likewize who take the trade-in old computers from clients. Initially I was offered £85 for a perfectly good Mac laptop. After inspection, this dropped to £1. The first claim was "no power" and then "iCloud Locked". Both excuses are incorrect.

Interested to see how @TowerHousewares will react to a warranty claim for one of their steam irons sparking and burning up. My wife purchased the iron late last year through a work incentive portal. She has subsequently retired, and we no longer have access to the receipt.

@JohnLewisRetail - I am disappointed. I ordered a computer on Wednesday evening and took up your offer of free next-day delivery. Delivery was supposed to be today, but it hasn't arrived. Your team can't tell me where it is. "IT Error" or "stuck in processing". Free = worthless.

Could someone at @CitygateCars contact me please. I have repeatedly tried to unsubscribe from your sales text messages and calls. Yet you still persist. Furthermore, the texts are targeted at my spouse. Plenty of infringements of GDPR legislation. I am losing patience.

How ridiculous of @godaddyhelp. It took over 5 days to create an email address when a spare license was available! The problem had to be escalated to their ATS team. 24 hours later, their advice was nonsense. We are delighted to be leaving them later this year. #godaddy

I would be interested to hear if anyone is receiving unsolicited calls from a company called ACI-UK a subsidiary of the Perch Group? It seems to be related to debt recovery but I suspect their practices are verging on the illegal.

Beware the @SkyUK FTTP business offering. They will port your phone numbers regardless. They expect you to plug analog phones into their crappy router. Not terribly forward-thinking. 48 hours they have been scratching their heads trying to get my clients phones ringing.

It's a shame @GoDaddy are so mean and obstructive when you choose to migrate one 365 domain from them to a cheaper 365 provider. Despite GoDaddy offering neat solutions for small businesses, my advice to my clients would be to re-think before you commit.
