@Gurl37Nerd They have stated the last video of him they have seen is right after the police body cam video, which shows him going under the bridge and not coming out. Also Riley had a tan and black shirt on, not a full white shirt.

@SmileyFaceCult In the past few days, I've watched this part of the video 100 times and do not see a 3rd person. I see a person in white walking, stopping a few times to wait on the other person to catch up. I see the person in black have a phone and look over the wall, then go back to walking.

@Britsa84 @MNPDNashville He was probably a bit disoriented if he did hit his head when he fell after leaving the bar. He might be a bit disoriented here still, or just a bit tipsy because of the way he's walking when the video starts. You can hear his footsteps, they sound like he may have stumbled here.

@CrimeNJusticeYT The more likely spot in the full video that could be him is at 55:20. Can't make him out clearly, but there is someone running through there. This would match up with the time he left the bar and all the other times he was spotted on cameras.

Very disappointed with @VIZIO and their solution to fixing my TV that is under warranty, and was faulty out of the box. Just wanted my money back so I can move on from the ever lasting faulty Vizio TV's I've purchased, but you wanted to send me a used TV to replace this one.
