@qrsupport so I applied for a refund on flights with American Airlines 9 days ago and Ive had confirmation of the refund today.
I applied for a refund with @qatarairways on the other hand on the 14th March, then again on 14th April and I am still waiting.

Other airlines seem to be able to cope with the demand and give people their money back in a timely manner, why cant you? Its been 6 weeks yet my account was charged quick enough at time of booking. Getting fed up now. 😕
