I don't have to do everything everyday and imma choose my habits depending on who I am as a person, what resources I have and my individual energy levels.
I don't wanna live my life feeling tired and like I'm always catching up. FK that mentality. I exist in my own world.

I think right now my goals are to observe my natural behaviour before just changing it to accomodate norms.
