Neither the CEO nor staff reply to messages in 48hrs. Their pledge is only on paper. Staff acknowledge there is a huge backlog. Loyal passengers get nothing in return for hardship. Maybe bonus miles or Qpoints would reflect your apology. Missing miles take months to be credited.

What is unacceptable is that I was yelled at. Wish I had written down the name of that agent. Even his colleagues looked at him with embarrassment. I can walk with my head held high that I maintained my poise.
