INVEST IN MANAGERS
Student managers at high majors are so valuable to the team, not only from a work standpoint but also with the energy they bring. Often times they are the ones rebounding for players and helping them get their extra work in.
I feel like the more programs can invest in their managers to grow on the development side… it will help their players maximize their extra work and also build better managers.
Grateful for the opportunity to work the Jordan Brand Classic in Los Angeles. Biggest lesson I’m taking away: be patient with yourself. Growth takes time, and this experience reminded me to trust the process. Huge thank you to Grow the Game for this opportunity. #JBC#GTG
