@northernassist Sorry - wasn’t I clear. This was a replacement train. It could easily have gone back to Guiseley. No explanation, no apology, nominal compensation.

@northernassist We departed from Guiseley, got stuck at Kirkstall and were returned to Bradford. The train could have returned us straight back to Guiseley.
