Not long before lockdown the crows were already gathering. It was cold and flooded. My sons wellies got sucked into some mud it was that wet, but with myself now in furlough, those days seem good! π

What a bird! The red kite is still not that common in Hampshire, though I have definitely seen a lot more this year and this is the closest I've got yet.

The work of conservationists can not go unnoticed! π·ππ
Rare to see a buzzard over North Lane. What a majestic bird!
Wildlife tip - If you hear seagulls, rooks, or crows going a bit mad, then take a look, as they may be seeing off a raptor, which was the case with this!

The Buzzard might have been a raptor treat, but that doesn't take away from how charming our sparrows are! ππ₯°

Amazing and terrifying - The European Wasp.
How terrifying? Ask my wife! The story involves a heavily pregnant wife, a wasp nest, some stinging, a few smacks round the head with a flip flop and a pub trip, not for a drink, but for some vinegar to the head! Great times!! ππ
@iNayanHazra @Lightroom@NikonIndia@BBCEarth I'm amazed you're not getting many likes, or comments on twitter. Your photos are very good.
Are you doing well on any other platforms?
@iNayanHazra @waroflens@Lightroom@NikonIndia@BBCEarth That was my question. I only ask as so many tiger shots are taken on organised safaris, or at the zoo, it's becoming impossible to tell the difference now.
A wild shot like that must take so much planning, patience and a good deal of luck I'm sure. Lovely photo!
There's no denying that the released Parakeets cause immense damage to trees and feeders wherever they are, but they are real characters and could be seen everywhere at Bushy Park.
I suspect this pair were getting ready to breed.
