6/ This feels like one of those rare crypto products that quietly works, scales, and actually improves people’s day-to-day lives. Curious to see how far it goes.
🧵 Why @DivineResearch caught my attention
1/ Undercollateralized lending in crypto has always sounded impossible on paper.
Too much risk, too many bad incentives, too many assumptions.
5/ Word-of-mouth growth in places where access to credit actually matters is probably the strongest signal there is. That doesn’t happen unless users genuinely rely on the product.
4/ Good support isn’t about having all the answers.
In an industry built on trustless systems, trust still comes from people.
Projects that invest in support + community always last longer.
Support isn’t a cost.
It’s a competitive advantage.
1/ In Web3, when things break, they really break.
Money’s involved, emotions are high, and there’s usually no undo button. That’s where good support actually matters.
