@tobycarvery Thanks for the reply. If they were full I would completely understand however they never asked what time I would like or explained that they were full they just said that they could not accommodate our booking. This was just poor customer service.

@tobycarvery in times where money is tight you might think that a Sunday Lunch booking for 11 people may be welcome at Apley Arms Telford but apparently not. Just tried to book and General Manager who said they could not accommodate our booking. Never even asked what time...sad
