Congratulations to the Republic of Kazakhstan on passing the soil law which addresses soil monitoring, protection and restoration of degraded soils. Rich soil is the greatest gift we can offer to our children and coming generations. May the Republic of Kazakhstan inspire its neighbors and the rest of the world to follow suit. Best wishes. -Sg @TokayevKZ@aqorda_press #SaveSoil
We often say we “don’t have time” for ourselves because we’re too busy managing the chaos. But here’s the truth: If you don’t have 21 minutes to sharpen your tool, you’ll spend 21 hours struggling with a blunt one.
What if your wellbeing did not depend on what is happening around you?
Inner Engineering offers powerful tools to create balance, clarity, and joy from within.
What is one thing you are ready to leave behind — stress, self‑doubt, or overthinking?

It is expected that by 2050, about 30-33% of the world's population would be mentally ill. This is because we always think that solutions to our challenges are outside of us. All the solutions are within us, but we have no "Inward access." The Miracle of Mind app will teach you how to build this access. Every one of you must invest 7 minutes every day to make this happen for yourselves and for everyone around you. Let's make it happen. –Sg

I just watched Sadhguru’s video on how Isha Foundation was attacked. The sheer extent of it was painful to hear. If he hadn’t actively and successfully tackled these attacks, I wonder if these tools of transformation would have ever reached me. I would have still been trapped under the influence of the Leftist-Marxist agenda—designed to enslave people, ensuring they never taste the freedom that Yoga truly offers.
Sadhguru listed everything they accused him and Isha of—stealing land, illegal encroachments, kidney trafficking (yes, you read that right!), misleading people, abusing volunteers, and more. The most absurd, calculated attacks. And yet, he stood firm, unwavering, handling them all one by one.
Then, he said something that hit me deeply:
"More and more people need to stand up, not for me personally—I don’t care what happens to me—but for the solution that is needed in the world. If you do not enhance what is good, then you are a contributor to evil. Those people who attack and spread negativity are at least doing their business, but those who stand by silently are even worse. If you see something good happening, you must stand up for it. If you think what we are doing is worthwhile, just spend three minutes to support it."
This is exactly what I feel. My friends often ask, “Why are you so intense about this? We get that you're happy with what you’ve learned, but why do you talk about it so much? It scares us.” Even my husband used to say this—though, not anymore. I think he has made his peace with it, and maybe, just maybe, he’s even considering giving it a try.
People keep asking, “Why do you need to promote it?” “Why are you charging money?” “Then it’s a business—how can it be positive?” And of course, the classic one: “Why do you volunteer for Isha for free like a slave?” (Yes, someone on X actually said this.)
Well, Sadhguru has already answered it all.
This message from him has only reinforced my intensity. If ever I had a moment of doubt (which I didn’t, honestly), now it’s completely clear. What happened to me through this journey was wonderful. And sharing something wonderful isn’t madness—well, it is, but the good kind of madness. The kind that’s for Dharma, for Desha, for my Guru.
Sadhguru also said something incredibly powerful—"don’t wait for a crisis to wake up. Be prepared." The war of narratives is real. If we don’t build the narrative of truth and positivity strong enough, then the ones with massive money and political backing will destroy it. But if we make this movement unshakable, they can do whatever they want—it will only make us stronger.
So, if this path has brought even a drop of positivity into your life, let’s spread it. Join the movement in whichever way you can. Because silence is not an option.
This New Year, commit yourself to make something happen in this world which is larger than yourself. Because you cannot save this life, you can only expend this life. You must expend it in a beautiful, profound and magnificent way. -Sg #NewYear2025
Ho Ho Ho
The year is coming to a close
And what have you done this year?
One more year gone.
Are you still alive?
And what are you alive to? And what are you dead to?
When was the last time you saw a full moon?
Or a sun rise?
When was the last time you gazed at a mountain or the ocean?
Or looked at a butterfly fly?
When was the last time you saw a flower blossom?
Or kicked a ball?
When was the last time you smiled at yourself?
When was the last time you looked back and could laugh at yourself?
For the last few days of the year and for the years to come,
get into the act and make it happen for yourself.

I really don't know why I am doing this, my body just doesn't want to get into this soul-stirring exhaustion again for 15 months but my integrity isn't allowing me to sit back. The silent disaster soil extinction is bringing is too extreme and under-noticed and it's well beyond my dignity to know all this and not do something about it. Join me in my mission to make soil extinction a global concern followed by policies and laws to #SaveSoil #makesoilgreatagain
Agricultural intensification has negative effects on biodiversity above and below-ground. Conventional, large-scale agriculture typically adopts destructive soil management practices and depends heavily on harsh chemical inputs, including fertilizers and pesticides. #SaveSoil
We will see significant improvement in the quality of policymaking, the Nation’s economic progress and even voter turnout if we implement the One Nation One Election rule. We cannot afford the noisy rhetorical distraction of frequent elections because once elections are announced, no work happens on ground except for campaigning. We cannot build a great Nation in fits & starts. For Bharat to mature as a Democracy and to build a long-term vision for the country, One Nation One Election is a must. Let’s make it happen. -Sg
Namaskaram Shri Shankarbhai- your leadership has been truly inspiring in bringing the Banas farming community together to #SaveSoil. Healthy soil is the most critical ingredient for the farmer to prosper from farming. Banas should become a shining example of new possibilities for farmers across Bharat. Governments should promote private investment in sustainable land management, for instance by facilitating finance opportunities for small and medium agribusinesses that engage in sustainable land management. #SaveSoil#SoilforClimateAction#SaveSoilFixClimateChange
