You are probably standing, holding the ball, going iso too much. Move the basketball, do something for someone else, be aggressive without the ball. Magically, you’ll find a flow and rhythm!!

W/ that leash, Do you allow your coach to coach you hard? Do you put other players mistakes on you, to keep them positive?
You become invaluable when you learn to make others better!
Being coachable means you're willing to consider feedback even if you don't like what you hear. It means resisting the urge to make excuses or get defensive when challenged. Getting better is more important than your ego. You'd rather get it right than be right.
