In terms of what this means for the women - most immediate is the U20 World Cup that kicks off in early September. Poland are hosts. England, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal are also involved.
Then you have the U17s in October involving Germany, Poland, Norway, France and Spain.
And then, of course, you have got the seniors next summer with UEFA qualification concluding this October/November. Also would include the FIFA Champions Cup in January.

(Observation not complaint) but one issue with having big games bunched together is that a small injury can have a really outsized impact. Key player gets a hamstring strain and misses three weeks at the wrong time, reality is it carries huge impact.
