Look, this is really simple. President Trump has a lot of heavy stuff on his plate, and believe it or not he is an altruistic-minded person.

For Trump to say, don't waste resources on the issue because done is done - the guy is dead, let's get back to work on important stuff... is completely understandable given his personality and history of expression.

I can totally see Trump saying, move along. Put your time into something that creates value. I'm good. Forget this stuff. Let's go make America great again.

It might be super important to Tucker et al, but totally less than something of greatly measured value to President Trump, and yes, he's the victim in this matter.

Tucker is also super interested (along with others) in the Charlie Kirk murder. But, will Tucker be in the courtroom testifying a "victims impact statement" when the murderer is found guilty? No.
