Great summary of @Ukraine Budapest Memorandum. For endless reasons US support & defense against Russian terror is critical. @SenateGOP@SenateDems Honor our history & commitments or our global & economic standing will decline. 🇺🇸
At just 18 years old, Warrick Dunn lost his mother, Baton Rouge police officer Betty Smothers, who was killed in the line of duty.
Overnight, he stepped up to help raise his five younger siblings while still in high school and later college, all while pursuing his dream of playing in the NFL.
He succeeded on the field, but his true legacy was built off it. Honoring his mother’s dream of homeownership, Dunn used his NFL success to help hundreds of single mothers and their families. He has funded down payments, furnished homes, and provided stability to more than 145 families in need.
Warrick Dunn turned his deepest pain into purpose, giving other families the security and opportunity his own family lost far too soon.
@SenBlumenthal Hurry up. You’ve been talking abou this for YEARS. Civilians are being slaughtered & terrorized by @KremlinRussia_E & @Ukraine has suffered enough.
A father had been losing his hearing for 5 years.
He couldn't follow conversations in restaurants. He missed words during family dinners. He turned the TV volume to 42 while his wife winced at 20. His audiologist quoted him $4,700 for a pair of hearing aids. Insurance covered $1,500. Out-of-pocket: $3,200. He decided to live with the hearing loss rather than spend $3,200 on devices he associated with elderly people fumbling with batteries.
His daughter a nurse who reads Apple health updates the way most people read headlines bought him AirPods Pro for his birthday.
He thought she was giving him earbuds for music. She was giving him an FDA-cleared, clinical-grade, over-the-counter hearing aid that Apple built into $249 earbuds most people use to listen to podcasts.
She opened the Health app on his iPhone, put the AirPods in his ears, and guided him through the built-in Hearing Test. Five minutes. A clinical audiogram generated from tones played at different frequencies. The results showed mild-to-moderate hearing loss in both ears.
She tapped "Set Up Hearing Aid." The AirPods transformed. His wife's voice across the kitchen became clear for the first time in years. The TV dropped from volume 42 to 22. He sat in a restaurant that Friday and heard every word at his table without asking anyone to repeat themselves.
$249 earbuds doing the job his audiologist quoted $4,700 for. FDA-cleared. Clinically validated. Sitting in the ears of 150 million AirPods Pro owners who have no idea the feature exists.
And the hearing aid was only 1 of 11 AirPods Pro features most owners have never turned on.
Here's every one of them 🧵
@gryfnyhanys@volodarskijo I think you mean Russia is so toxic that even helping @Ukraine kills? Look at basic facts: Russia invaded sovereign nation, terrorizes whole population, sows terror, disinformation, destruction in Europe, Africa, Asia & Middle East.
A boy on his bike near Kramatorsk was just murdered by a russian drone. They posted this video of their crime. This is evidence this war has nothing to do with territory. It’s an attempt to wipe out an entire civilian population of an innocent county while the world watches.
She fed 40 people in a bunker at Azovstal.
Eight were children.
Her “soup” was sometimes just two cans of meat stew in 30 liters of water.
The children couldn’t pronounce her name.
So she told them:
“Call me Auntie Soup.”
This is her story.

Natalia survived.
She moved to Lviv and began helping displaced Ukrainians.
Now her story is becoming “Auntie Soup,” a documentary about civilians who survived beneath Azovstal.
russia destroyed their city.
But not what Natalia gave those children:
a little piece of childhood.
Memo to the President: Come to Ukraine’s aid, save its struggling, steel-willed people from Putin’s bloodcurdling cruelty, provide air defense against his slaughtering missiles & drones. 1/
A rescue operation is currently underway in Kryvyi Rih following a strike on a shopping mall. There are many casualties. As of now, 14 people have been reported killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. More than 100 people have been injured, among them 11 children. An absolute Russian atrocity. They're just monsters. We will definitely respond.
It is important that we have everything to protect life. It is important that the world does not remain silent about all this. There must be an end to this Russian war – and we need the world to help us make that happen. I thank everyone who is helping people right now – there in Kryvyi Rih, on the ground, and in our other cities and communities. Eternal memory to all those killed by Russian terror.
🇺🇦 SHE IS ONLY 21 YEARS OLD. AND RUSSIA HAS STOLEN THREE YEARS OF HER YOUNG LIFE.
Exactly three years ago, on August 20, 2023, Russian security forces stormed the home of Yana Suvorova in occupied Melitopol and took her away. She was just 18 years old.
Her “crime”? Yana refused to accept the Russian occupation of her hometown. She helped run the Telegram community “Melitopol Is Ukraine,” where Ukrainians could share information about life under occupation and where one simple truth continued to be spoken: MELITOPOL IS UKRAINE. 🇺🇦
For that, Russia turned an 18-year-old Ukrainian girl into a supposed “spy” and “terrorist.” Russian authorities accused her of collecting information about Russian forces that allegedly contributed to strikes against FSB and Rosgvardia facilities.
After her detention, pro-Ukrainian Telegram resources in Melitopol were hacked and taken over. Yana disappeared into Russia’s prison system.
On October 23, 2025, a Russian military court sentenced her to FOURTEEN YEARS in a penal colony on charges including “espionage,” involvement in a “terrorist community,” and “terrorism.”
FOURTEEN YEARS. For a young Ukrainian woman seized at 18 years old in her own occupied city.
Today Yana is being held in Detention Center No. 2 in Taganrog. She is now 21.
Think about that. At an age when young people should be studying, falling in love, traveling, building careers and dreaming about their futures, Yana has spent THREE YEARS behind Russian bars.
Three birthdays stolen. Three years stolen. Three years of youth that Russia can never give back.
Today, exactly three years after she was taken from her home, we must make sure her name is not forgotten.
HER NAME IS YANA SUVOROVA.
Say her name. Share her photograph. Tell her story. Remind the world that behind the statistics about Ukrainians held by Russia are REAL HUMAN BEINGS — with parents, friends, dreams and lives waiting for them at home.
Yana, hold on. You have NOT been forgotten. Ukraine remembers you. Ukraine is waiting for you. Ukraine is fighting for you. 🇺🇦
BRING YANA HOME. BRING THEM ALL HOME.

There is something deeply funny about billionaires convincing a man making $52,000 a year that the greatest threat to his freedom is another worker making $14 an hour who speaks Spanish.
Brother.

The immigrant didn't buy your hospital.
The immigrant didn't raise your rent.
The immigrant didn't eliminate your pension.

Nancy Lacore rose from helicopter pilot to three-star admiral commanding 60,000 sailors. Then Pete Hegseth fired her without cause or explanation.
Lacore’s military career may have been cut short, but she’s not done serving. That’s why she's running to flip South Carolina's 1st Congressional District, and she's doing it the same way she treated every mission in uniform: tune out the noise and get it done.
Nearly ten million American kids live below the poverty line. There's a proven fix: the expanded Child Tax Credit, which in 2021 helped cut child poverty nearly in half, the lowest rate on record. Congress let that expansion expire, and the bill to bring it back has been stalled for more than a year.
Today, 103 Ukrainian warriors are returning home from Russian captivity.
They are defenders from the Armed Forces, the State Border Guard Service, and the National Guard. Among those released are warriors who defended Ukraine in Mariupol and in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Dnipro, and Sumy sectors.
I thank all our warriors who are replenishing Ukraine’s exchange fund and, through their courage, making it possible to bring Ukrainians home. I am grateful to the team that works every day to secure the release of our people.
We remember every man and woman who still remains in captivity. We are doing everything possible to bring all our people home.
