@deepwhale Ok j'ai lu un peu plus, c'est juste de la merde cette loi. Hodl, defi, staking, airdrops etc. ça devient un bordel monstre pour déclarer quoi que ce soit, ça en vaut meme plus la peine

@deepwhale Aux NL, avec impots actuels, c'est taxé au 1er janvier par le patrimoine total avec rendements fictifs (ca tombe dans cash/investissements).
Donc c'est déjà taxé "si on hold", la différence c'est que s'il y a une moins value, ça fait moins de taxes à payer avec la nouvelle loi.

@Flooooooowwww @deepwhale Si t'es résident fiscal là-bas tu es taxé sur ton patrimoine global, censé etre déclaré au delà d'un certain montant (si > 57k en 2025, en dessous, pas de taxes)

@deepwhale Le belastingdienst (tax office) propose déjà aux gens de soit rester dans l'ancien modèle avec rendements fictifs (totalement absurde oui), soit de de déclarer des rendements réels suivant ce qui est le plus avantageux.
