@BasedMikeLee Mike, I’ve read II Corinthians 11:3-4 and then I read the title of the book, “Another testament of Jesus Christ”… that’s enough. No one questions if that church believes in JC. Even the demons know he is the Christ, that isn’t the issue at hand. Joseph Smith is a false teacher.
@The_Real_ITDUDE The European mind simply cannot comprehend that this basement setup is actually not terribly uncommon in certain parts of the United States 😂
@Lina_rays1ya@RealJamesWoods@GenX2112 Their faith is an invasion when their faith explicitly calls for the eradication of anyone who opposes the faith. Islam is not compatible with Western values and should not be tolerated. It is a political ideology as much as it is a “religion”.
@life0fStacy13 That’s not how real estate investing works whether it’s Brandon Turner or the institutions managing hundreds of billions. Their investors sometimes get wiped out and no one is ever made whole. That’s the risk of investing.
@CultureExploreX@RepNancyMace Islam is incompatible with Western values. It is an incursion on the freedoms of the world and ought to be relegated to those countries in Middle East that would like to exist in the Stone Age.
@yonann Discount to replacement while a good measure, is not indicative of huge future gains. Unless you are buying these at 7 caps and expect to sell at 5 caps, buying at 5 caps and hoping to sell at a 4% cap rate is wishful thinking. “When values come back” is just a bet on cap rates
@shawngorham How many RE deals have you done? Have you ever stepped foot in the RE industry? Have you ever cared to look at how many large, institutional syndicators that managed 10s of billions of dollars have also lost money on deals bought in the last cycle? No? Maybe sit this one out.
@BeardyBrandon This is exactly right. Although listening now I do think they were sometimes a bit dramatic for a bunch of kids in their late teens and early 20s 😂
@michaeljknowles The only “work” ever required was on the cross. Faith leads to works but “works” as its own freestanding qualification of salvation is nonsense and inconsistent with scripture.
@GrantCardone Your math doesn’t take into account the comparison of rent. You can rent for about $300k during those 8 years (likely increasing) compared to the similar $300k in PITI. Then back out repairs from that value of $802k and you still walk away with $400k at the end of the day…..
@jtevelow@GrantCardone Imagine using a currency whose value is wildly volatile. Your rent could be $3k today and $4k next month and $3.5k the following. And if you truly believe in BTCs wide adoption, in 10 years, your $3k rent could be $30k. Makes 0 sense.
@elonmusk What happens when you (who we believe have people’s best interest in mind) are no longer running the show and a nefarious player holds the reins on the machine where social media and finance are intertwined?
