I don’t disagree. So far, I’ve tended to side with Kalshi’s worldview in the larger debate on what constitutes “gambling”. From a macro perspective, it’s humorous to me that I can “trade” 0DTE options contracts on the SPY (quite literally betting on red or black), yet sports carries the stigma.
