@Adam_Stirling That’s why I no longer vote ndp (provincially)…. The party that claims to represent workers tore up a contract, ignored the fixed election date legislation, caused a COVID surge-all for a blatant power grab….guess I’m voting green for the 2nd time.

@Adam_Stirling the real issue is : FT or PT? My suggestion to answer that:55g works out to roughly $26.45/hr on a 40 Hr week. Pay them hourly, with the same rules payroll uses for “regular “ employees. Time worked is logged, Ot must be approved. We’ll see soon enough if it’s ft or pt 😉
