@pizzahut I redeemed hut points 2 weeks ago. Why does the balance of my points still show an expiration date of next week? I thought usage of points extended your expiration date another six months??

@Lowes You need to do something about your wait times when picking up an order placed online. Waiting over 15 minutes at the customer service/ return/ order pickup desk isn’t acceptable. These services need their own areas with dedicated staff. One employee for all 3 isn’t enough
