Months before it happened, the Prime Minister and his Public Safety Minister both knew about the transfer of a convicted killer and serial rapist, Paul Bernardo, to a lower-security facility and allowed the transfer to continue.

Now he’s staying there.

They re-victimized the families of Bernardo’s victims and they should be healed accountable.
