Sometimes the weeds in your mind weren’t put there by you, but it’s up to you to remove them. Don’t just cut them, go to the root, pull them out.
You’ll learn many self criticizing thoughts were never yours, but planted there by others who had never tended to their own gardens.
#ADHD isn’t always the hyper boy that can’t sit still. ADHD is also the unseen hyper brain that can’t sit still and can’t stop talking, but bc society demands politeness and rejection is a massive fucking fear, often ADHD can look like the quiet girl alone in the corner.
What if you’re starting to feel stuck, low and depressed because you’re living life based on how other people tell you to live, instead of following your own natural rhythm and inner guidance?
It’s not necessarily about positive thinking, it’s about overcoming all the *limiting thinking* again and again and again, until you become a brand new person who thinks and acts differently, so you can get new results in your life.
Leave shame in 2020. 2021 is the year you CHOOSE to listen to the voice of your incredible soul instead, the purest part of that knows you are uniquely beautiful, of value and deserving of abundance in all the ways 🕊

When they call you crazy, take note of their own apathy, of whether or not they have risked action despite true hardship and embarrassment and destruction to thrust themselves again and again toward their dreams—and then smile, move on, fight for that next inch.
Using disempowering phrases to trick yourself into not taking action because you “SHOULD” be grateful just for what you have isn’t helpful. BE GRATEFUL BUT KEEP GROWING

Neuroscientists have shown that we get a bigger kick of the feel good hormone dopamine during the process of chasing a goal than we do when we actually got that goal!!! Chasing goals is important!
