[1/3] The Philippine Statistics Authority took the helm of regional statistical cooperation, hosting and chairing the 31st Sub-Committee on Planning and Coordination (SCPC31) Meeting of the @ASEAN Community Statistical System (ACSS).

Led by PSA Assistant Secretary Minerva Eloisa P. Esquivias, the landmark meeting brought together representatives from across ASEAN Member States to forge critical agreements on the ACSS Action Plan and chart the sub-committee's work plan and direction for the year, among other agenda items.  

The opening session featured Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, PSA National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, who addressed delegates in his capacity as Chair of the ACSS, reaffirming the Philippines’ commitment to strengthening regional statistical collaboration.
