Posting from my Samsung tablet since I no longer have a phone. I'm one of hundreds of Z Flip 5 owners who have sent their otherwise perfect phone to @SamsungUK for repair when the screen died within a year, only to be told I had to pay over £300 for the repair.

@EE staff are very open about how unreliable the Flip screens are (although not while we were handing them over £2k for them). Strange to feel I can be the target of a scam by such a huge company and they get away with it.
