@Wendys@CstrChris I see the same thing in many of the Wendy's in the area where I live. A lot of yelling by managers at the employees, who in many cases, are shorthanded and doing the best that they can.
@AdamSchefter@SethWickersham@DVNJr I thought the results were not to be announced until next week on the honors show. So, somebody leaked this early. And he does deserve to be in.
From overalls and ten-gallon hats to rhinestones, fringe, and bell-bottoms — fashion has lit up the Opry stage for 100 years! We've watched country music evolve, and the stars' styles right along with it! 🤩
Back in 1934, for our ninth anniversary, Opry stars really dressed the part! Overalls, hickory shirts, and worn-in hats were the go-to look, while some stars added a splash of color with their western wear. It was also around this time that fans were able to witness the magic and threads in person live from WSM Studio C!
Fast-forward to the 1940s and 50s, sparkling rhinestones and colorful embroidery stole the spotlight with the legendary "Nudie Suits" donned on stars like Little Jimmy Dickens, Porter Wagoner (suit pictured), and Hank Snow!

There are a lot of folks who do not realize how funny Rod Brasfield was and how much he meant to the Opry. His routines with Minnie Pearl were priceless.
From 1947 to 1958, Country Music Hall of Fame member Rod Brasfield was the Grand Ole @Opry's premier comedian. With his trademark baggy suit, beat-up hat, and clacking false teeth, he had audiences laughing before he spoke a word.

Still reflecting on the incredible surprise it was to be invited to be the next member of the Grand Ole @Opry, by the one and only @rickyskaggs. Here’s a full video of the moment.
BREAKING: @RickySkaggs has just invited @StevenCurtis to become the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry!
Steven was surprised with the special invite during his appearance on tonight’s Opry show.
@crowmedicine@opry Absolutely enjoy when you come to the Opry and play Wabash Cannonball and mention Roy Acuff's name. You understand the history of the show for sure.

@TasteOfCountry@Travistritt@opry I am a fan of Travis and congratulations on another year as an Opry member. However, I will say that for someone who appreciates being a member, Travis sure doesn't come around very often. At one point, he went 10 years without appearing. He needs to get back to the Opry House.
