@Sharma__Tushar @Q_Scored The quality score describes a sum of smells, right? Small projects with zero smell (detectable) will rank high. How about using a projection function like e/(x+e)*loc(n) where loc(n) could be 1-(1/10n) to reduce the impact of small codebases? Would that make sense?

hey @GitHubAPI is there any kind of burst penalty for v4? I am plenty within the rate limit but get 403s if I request too quickly. It seems to be somewhat about 100 nodes/minute. Can you confirm that?
